Job summary

Jordan's in East Taunton, MA is seeking an Information Systems Intern to support enterprise systems, business applications, and technology processes. You will work closely with the IT team to gain hands-on experience and own a meaningful internship project that adds value to the organization.

You will collaborate with team members, participate in ongoing technology projects, and receive mentorship and guidance throughout the 10-week program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing information systems/IT/CS degree or equivalent is expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enterprise systems and business applications.
• Support system administration and technology processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and user support activities.
• Document procedures and assist with testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT staff and business stakeholders on initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with the Information Systems team to support technology initiatives and business operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems, business applications, and technology processes.
• Own and complete a meaningful internship project that delivers value to the organization.
• Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions.
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support activities.
• Participate in ongoing technology projects and learn how information systems support business success.
• Present your internship project and key learnings to management at the conclusion of the program.

Who You Are:

• A rising college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business technologies.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• A highly motivated team player with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and business environments.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour. We share our pay rate because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
