Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Maintenance: manages and supports services composed of multiple integrated systems; applies security controls and ensures data protection.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution: provides advanced technical support (Tier 2/3) and acts as escalation point for complex problems.
Systems Analysis, Development & Scripting: gathers user needs, supports development of system specs, and develops scripts.
Infrastructure & Data Management: supports server, directory services, databases, and data protection practices.
Projects & Technology Implementations: plans upgrades and deployments, participates in medium-scale projects.
Documentation, Training & Operational Support: creates docs and training materials, supports onboarding/offboarding and knowledge base maintenance.
