The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Information System Security Officer to support a US Navy Shipbuilding Program Office in Washington, DC. The role involves leading the Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation for Navy systems, ensuring compliance with DoD, NAVSEA, and DON cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead RMF implementation for Navy systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies.
• Conduct system security assessments, vulnerability management, and risk analysis for ATO package development.
• Develop and maintain RMF artifacts such as SSP, SCTM, and POA&M.
• Perform continuous monitoring activities to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Provide cyber risk mitigation strategies and recommendations based on NIST and DoD frameworks.
• Support leadership with RMF policy interpretation and guidance.
• Assist with cybersecurity testing, evaluation, and supply chain risk management.
• Review and update program protection plans and apply Zero Trust requirements.
• Support vendor testing and collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams.
• Prepare for Navy cybersecurity inspections and maintain knowledge of evolving cyber threats.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Secret clearance
• Active CISSP certification
• 5-10+ years in cybersecurity, focusing on RMF in Navy/DoD environments
• Experience supporting Navy cybersecurity organizations
• Strong knowledge of DoD RMF, NIST standards, and cybersecurity tools
• Familiarity with Navy networks

Pay Range:
