Teledyne Imaging Sensors is hiring an Information System Administrator to support classified IT systems and hybrid server environments in a mission‑focused setting. The role emphasizes security, compliance with DoD/IC directives, and strong collaboration across teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of system administration experience in government environments, DoD 8140 IAT II certification, and an active clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in system administration within classified or government environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, enterprise storage, and Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (RMF, NIST 800‑53, DoD/IC directives).
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS tools, and vulnerability management practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring, patching, backup/recovery, and ITIL-based operations.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or higher) required; scripting and Linux experience preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI and CI Poly; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure classified IT systems across full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Manage hybrid server environments (Windows/Linux), including AD, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, and patching.
• Oversee storage and backup infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Maintain and support network infrastructure, including Cisco routers/switches, LAN/WAN and secure communications.
• Support desktop/client environments, including imaging, deployment, upgrades, and user administration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, networks, and endpoints beyond Tier 2.

What You’ll Do

Salary Range

$77,900.00–$103,800.00
