Job summary

Toreon is expanding its cybersecurity and governance team, seeking an Information Security Officer who will design risk management frameworks and lead ISMS initiatives across client projects. You’ll translate security requirements into concrete policies and controls, perform compliance assessments, and help organizations achieve certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, economics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO27001/2, GDPR, NIS2, DORA and related standards.
• Experience in risk assessments, ISMS, and control testing.
• Ability to advise in English and Dutch; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define risk management frameworks and prioritize actions within risk treatment plans.
• Implement and manage Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Conduct security and privacy compliance assessments.
• Translate security requirements into policies, processes and standards.
