Information Security Manager – IAM Operations

Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks a senior IAM leader to lead operational teams, optimize IAM business operations, and align security with business objectives. You will translate business needs into IAM strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM, leadership experience, familiarity with Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, and governance frameworks, plus a focus on identity lifecycle, RBAC, and PAM. Hybrid in-office work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security Analysis or equivalent
• 5+ years in Information Security operations management
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• 5+ years of Identity Access Management experience preferred
• 2+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
• 2+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems
• Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, identity governance, and security best practices
• Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant information security professional certifications
• Ability to work in office under a hybrid schedule
