Responsibilities

• Data security is of paramount importance in a retail environment, and interns get exposure to how a large retailer defends itself at scale.
• The Information Security team is responsible for the security technologies, compliance programs, and secure coding practices that protect Meijer and our customers.
• As an IT Intern, you will support information security initiatives and assist with projects across security domains.

What you will be doing as an IT Intern:

The Information Security team is responsible for the security technologies, compliance programs, and secure coding practices that protect Meijer and our customers. Data security is of paramount importance in a retail environment, and interns get exposure to how a large retailer defends itself at scale.
