Job description

Overview

This is a remote opportunity that can only be hired in NC. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SailPoint identityIQ, capable of implementing and configuring IAM solutions. The role will focus on performing development of the SailPoint Identity IQ platform to support existing and new business requirements. The candidate must have strong Java experience and be able to perform complex troubleshooting of issues related to system, application builds, workflows, and other functional aspects of the IAM program.


Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
  • Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications.
  • Responsible for overall delivery of software components which meet functional specifications & product requirements.
  • Experience with new open-source technologies/frameworks to solve business problems.
  • Be fungible in a full stack team and own all aspects of delivering business applications.
  • Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents.
  • Design and implement connections to a variety of end-point applications and systems to help automate the Access Management process and tools.
  • Ensure all connections are developed securely, using the latest standards and development tools, and following all security best practices both within SVB and published publicly.
  • Expertise in Linux, XML, Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, and related technologies will be crucial in developing and configuring code for various components of the IdentityIQ solution.
  • Gather and understand requirements, propose best solutions, implement, unit test and deploy the solutions.
  • Design and build custom logic to support business requirements if OOTB functionalities do not support the requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience writing or refactoring code to be scalable and performant.
  • Experience with other IAM Tools like CyberArk, PING, OKTA, RSA SecureID etc., is an advantage.
  • Broad understanding overall IAM Program within an Organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to handle strong-minded customers effectively and professionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering, networking or information security technologies -OR- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering, networking or information security technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of experience in SailPoint IIQ Development, Administration and Deployment.
  • Experience in working with agile methodology and experience with issue tracking systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Should have experience with on-boarding different connector types etc., Active Directory, JDBC, Web Services, SCIM 2.0, Delimited, AWS, Azure etc.
  • Experience with writing Custom workflows, rules and implementing custom connectors and Plugins.
  • Experience with JAVA to customize solutions in SailPoint and proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Experience in integrating external applications using Webservices based REST interface API (SCIM2.0 connector) and custom connector development in SailPoint.
  • Experience in developing a custom jar file using ANT/MAVEN as per the business requirements to integrate with SailPoint IIQ.
  • Implementation experience of ServiceNow and CyberArk integration with SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience in Multi-domain Active Directory Forest/multi-forest configuration to enable cross-domain and cross-forest group memberships in IIQ. Provisioning with multiple domains/forests and migrating from a collection of single-domain AD applications to a single multi-domain or multi-forest AD application definitions. Enabling communications over Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol and certificate installation is a plus.
  • Should have in depth knowledge on OOTB components like Connectors, SoD Policies, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Workflows, Certifications, Birthright provisioning, Provisioning/Deprovisioning etc.
  • Experience with UI technologies like JS, Angular, Angular JS etc., is an advantage.
