You will manage Ask-An-Expert requests, schedule calls, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating internal tasks in Salesforce to support adoption of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and interest in information security.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Host Ask-An-Expert calls.
• Coordinate, communicate, schedule and follow up on client inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Faculty, and Account Managers.
• Partner with Account Managers to create action plans driving service adoption.
• Manage operational tasks via case queues in Salesforce and external requests.
• Keep up-to-date with Faculty competencies to connect clients effectively.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with timely responses.
• Contribute to operations that increase efficiency and scale with business needs.
