JobRx, Inc. in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Lead, Information Security Architect to design and implement advanced security architectures that protect our digital assets.

You will collaborate with IT, development and operations to embed security into solutions and infrastructure. This senior role requires 10+ years in security infrastructure with 5+ years leading global teams, cloud security experience, and familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure and cybersecurity.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Information Security architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend Information Security technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance the organization’s security posture.
• Lead the development of Information Security policies, standards, and procedures related to technology architecture.

• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

This position is based in Northbrook, Illinois. Remote work from anywhere in the US is available. Salary Range

$161,928-$243,500 (Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and organizational equity considerations)
