Job summary

Relha LLC is seeking an Information Security Architect to define and promote secure enterprise architectures. You will lead security pattern development, enabling secure design choices across product teams, DevOps, and IT operations, while advancing the organization’s security posture.

You will influence across cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure compliance with enterprise controls and risk management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • 7–8+ years of information security/architecture experience across multiple IT domains.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture principles, frameworks and patterns (TOGAF, SABSA or similar).
  • Experience designing secure, scalable, resilient solutions and integrating security controls into architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and maintain security reference architectures, patterns, and standards to enable secure delivery.
  • Provide secure design guidance to product teams, DevOps, Infrastructure & Operations, and application development teams.
  • Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, secure coding practices, and enterprise controls.
  • Conduct architecture reviews including threat modeling for complex implementations.
  • Collaborate to implement security architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance.

The Information Security Architect partners with business and technology teams to design, implement, and continuously improve secure enterprise solutions aligned to organizational strategy. This role is responsible for defining and promoting security architecture standards, enabling secure design patterns, and ensuring consistent application of security controls across the enterprise. This role serves as a key technical leader—driving secure solution design, influencing cross-functional teams, and advancing the organization’s security posture through scalable and standardized architectural practices.

What You Will be Doing:

Define, develop, and maintain security reference architectures, patterns, and standards to enable consistent and secure solution delivery across the enterprise

Provide secure design guidance and consultation to product teams, DevOps, Infrastructure & Operations, and application development teams

Ensure solutions align with security architecture standards, secure coding practices, and enterprise controls

Conduct architecture and design reviews, including threat modeling for complex or high-risk implementations

Contribute to and help execute the enterprise security architecture strategy and roadmap, aligning to business and IT objectives

Develop and operationalize architecture policies, standards, procedures, and templates

Partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to ensure controls are integrated into architectural designs

Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to improve security capabilities and support business outcomes

Collaborate across teams to drive adoption of secure design patterns and security best practices

Influence architecture decisions by translating business requirements into secure technical solutions

Communicate security architecture concepts effectively to technical teams, business partners, and leadership stakeholders

Support vendor evaluations to ensure alignment with security architecture standards and strategy

Analyze effectiveness of architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement of security practices

Contribute to architecture documentation, including roadmaps, standards, and design artifacts

Promote a culture of ownership and accountability for secure design and architecture standards

Support integration of security architecture into Agile and DevOps delivery models

What You'll Bring With You:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related discipline

7–8+ years of experience in information security and/or architecture, including experience across multiple IT domains (e.g., applications, infrastructure, cloud, networking)

Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture principles, frameworks, and patterns (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA, or similar)

Experience designing and supporting solutions across multiple technology domains and diverse enterprise environments

Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions and integrate security controls into architecture

Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, and compliance integration

Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture solutions and align decisions to business outcomes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills, with the ability to evaluate multiple solution options

Ability to analyze emerging technologies, trends, and disruptions and assess their impact on business and security strategy

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and navigate organizational dynamics

Strong business acumen, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic objectives and delivery execution

The pay range for this position is listed below.

$120,750.00 - $191,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
