This is a full-time, direct hire position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET).

Role Overview

The Security Analyst supports daily security operations, incident investigations, security assessments, data analysis, and reporting. Collaborates with project and support teams to communicate risks, recommend fixes, and document security activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop policies to protect customer infrastructure using BCS security tools.
  • Manage security projects, including onboarding new clients.
  • Review customer systems for vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor security environments and alert support teams.
  • Test systems to ensure security policies are correctly applied.
  • Analyze data trends and improve system performance.
  • Assess threats and respond or escalate as needed.
  • Enforce security policies and review violation reports.
  • Develop and update incident response plans.
  • Generate reports for management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Follow up on audit findings and remediation actions.
  • Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations.
  • Collaborate on security throughout project lifecycles.
  • Report residual risks and vulnerabilities to management.
  • Provide support during and outside normal working hours.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years experience with Endpoint Security, Intrusion Prevention, Firewalls.
  • Experience as a security engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of security systems and infrastructure.
  • Technical expertise in databases and OS security.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and protocols.
  • Understanding of network security and monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
