This is a remote position that can only be hired in NE.

Overview

This position supports Information Security and Cyber Threat management programs within the Bank at an advanced level. It analyzes vulnerability and threat data to provide actionable intelligence for cyber defense efforts. The role evaluates the Bank's networks and systems to identify security gaps, recommends improvements, and facilitates defense through reporting and escalation of threats. May also guide less experienced associates or assist with projects.

Responsibilities

• Security Review: Monitors security incidents, alerts, and activity for threats. Detects anomalies and malware, recommends mitigation, and may perform system testing.
• Analysis: Analyzes data from various systems to proactively identify threats.
• Business Support: Supports the defense of the organization's security architecture, ensures monitoring systems are operational, maintains knowledge of threat indicators, and participates in creating incident response procedures. May provide training on security threats.
• Reporting: Produces reports on investigations and incidents, providing analytics for actionable intelligence and communicating findings to relevant parties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Information Security OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
