Job summary

Boston Partners in Boston is seeking an Information Security Analyst to protect our data and systems. You will design, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures to prevent threats across the organization.

The role requires five+ years in cybersecurity, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, and strong communication and documentation skills. AI security familiarity and Microsoft 365 security experience are valued; on‑call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Professional certification; CISSP preferred.
• Familiarity with AI security or AI risk management frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools preferred.
• Strong documentation and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.

• Hands-on event detection and response.
