Job summary

Primerica is seeking a Zoom Tenant Administration specialist to manage our Zoom environment for Home Office employees and agents, including testing and production tenants.

This hybrid in Duluth, GA role requires a bachelor’s degree and IAM experience with AD/LDAP/OKTA, plus strong data analytics and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

You will coordinate provisioning, maintain change procedures, and deliver reporting on onboarding and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in Identity Access Management with AD/LDAP/OKTA/Zoom.
• Strong communication with business leaders and vendors.
• Strong data analytics using Excel, Power BI, DB2.
• Proactive with task tracking and follow-up.

Responsibilities

About this Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for management and administration of the Primerica Zoom Tenant including the management of over 300,000 zoom accounts for Home Office employees and Agents. This individual will still serve a liaison between Primerica and 3rd parties supporting the Zoom environment.

The salary range for this role is $50k - $60k.
This role is hybrid in Duluth, Georgia.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• This includes managing a TEST Zoom tenant which will be used for configuration testing and demonstrating features available in the primary production tenant.
• Work with other teams to implement changes.
• Management of the Production Zoom tenant while following change management procedures and policies.
• Coordinate provisioning of new agents and home office associates as well as life cycle management of all accounts. Administration will require working with Zoom, AD, LDAP and OKTA accounts.
• Provide task tracking and reporting related to the Zoom implementation, Onboarding agents, SMS campaigns, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1-year work in the Identity Access Management space with experience in some or all the following: AD, LDAP, OKTA, Zoom.
• Strong and proactive communication skills with Primerica business leaders, Home Office personnel, Primerica Agents, 3rd party vendors
• Strong data analytical skills, experience with Excel, Access, DB2, Power BI
• Strong task tracking and follow up
