Job summary

PrimeDefense USA in Las Vegas seeks an Information Security Analyst to protect our systems, assess risks, and implement security controls. You will lead vulnerability assessments, monitor networks, and develop incident response plans to mitigate threats.

The role requires 2+ years of information security experience, a CS/IT degree, and strong communication skills. This is a part-time, on-site position with preference for Indian nationals or those authorized to work in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of information security experience.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job description

The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting the organizations information and technology systems from potential cyber threats They will assess the current security measures in place identify any vulnerabilities and develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk The ideal candidate will have experience in information security strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
