A leading technical support firm in Charlotte is seeking a candidate to provide technical support for security-related issues and to manage logon ID/user access provisioning. Candidates should have 1+ years of experience in information security administration and be familiar with CA's Top Secret. This role involves project support for new applications development and existing systems review.

Provides technical support for routine security-related issues. Participates in the review of existing systems security issues and procedures and provides support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions. Provides project support to new applications development and implementation. Maintains familiarity with bank procedures and policies. May process logon id/user access requests as needed.: 1+ years of information security administration experience. Provisioning of logon ID/user access is the primary focus of this position.
