Amentum is seeking an Information Operations Intelligence Integrator to support USPACOM at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. You will research and integrate intelligence into Information Operations planning and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing and emerging IO concepts.

Qualifications include 10+ years in military operations, 3+ years in information-related fields, and experience with AI/LM tools. Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in military operations on staff or tactical level.
• At least 5 years integrating intelligence into operational planning.
• At least 3 years in information-related fields (IO, PsyOps, cyber/EW).

• At least 3 years supporting operations in Pacific AOR.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Knowledge of USPACOM plans, policy, and joint integration with national interests.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Minimum one year experience with AI/LM tools.

Job description

Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Information Operations Intelligence Integrator to provide research and analysis on the integration of intelligence to information related capabilities, plans and operations in support of U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) Operations Directorate at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

• Have a military operations background with experience integrating intelligence into operational planning.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Integrate current intelligence into Information Operations planning by conducting research, both unclassified and classified supporting ongoing and emerging Information Operations concepts and plans, distilling that research into recommendations for integration.
• Provide research and analysis on various pertinent national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, and threat and intelligence assessments in order to identify areas of concern, inform planning efforts, and develop new Information Operations concepts.
• Provide operational expertise in military operational planning with an emphasis on Information Operations to include Psychological Operations, Military Deception, Non-Kinetic targeting, and Electronic Warfare. Contribute to the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures for Information Operations based on intelligence assessments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of experience integrating intelligence products in lieu of degree.
• At least 10 years of combined experience working in military operations on an operational staff or at the tactical maneuver level.
• At least 5 years of proven experience integrating intelligence products into operational planning.
• At least 3 years of experience in an information related field, such as information operations, strategic communications, Psychological Operations, cyber warfare, or electronic warfare.
• At least 3 years of experience on a senior military staff (Combatant Command, Service Component, Joint Staff)
• At least 3 years of experience supporting operations in Pacific AOR.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to conduct analysis and relate that analysis to operational requirements.
• Knowledge of USPACOM plans, policy, and strategy and an understanding of joint integration linkages to parallel national interests and component command operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools.
• Minimum one year of experience working with AI or Language Model (LM) tools in system administration, operational planning, or data analysis context. (Including MSS, creating workflows, etc.)
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications, organizational knowledge management using technology-based systems, operational assessment, intelligence collaboration, and joint planning and oversight process.
• Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and USPACOM's Service Components.
• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university or Graduation from a military command and staff college
• Experience with Classified Material Security and Handling Procedures

Compensation & Benefits

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $145K - $170K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
