The Information Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing Information Governance initiatives to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. This position involves understanding and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the proper management and protection of information across the Firm. The primary focus of the Information Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst will be on work product related to Client Transfers, which includes on-boarding and off-boarding of attorneys and clients. This role will place a strong emphasis on managing electronically stored information (ESI) by maintaining a thorough working and training knowledge of the technology systems used by the Information Governance Risk and Compliance Department. The Information Governance Analyst will enforce compliance to fulfill the Firm's ethical and regulatory requirements to manage, implement, and secure sensitive or protected data. This position will also provide input on the use of technology solutions such as workflows, integrations, and analytics. The Information Governance Analyst works under minimal supervision and relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position will report directly to the Information Governance Manager.
