Job Information

Summary: Greets and welcomes visitors, patients, and vendors, providing excellent customer service and a positive experience. Provides accurate information, directions, and responds to telephone inquiries.

Position Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinates with hospital computer system to access patient registration data and directs patients/visitors accordingly.
  2. Verifies all staff are wearing ID badges.
  3. Enforces visiting hour policies and procedures.
  4. Communicates directions within the facility.
  5. Responds to telephone inquiries and assists visitors with special needs.
Position Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
