Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Information Designer to support a Commander’s Action Group (CAG) for our customer at Fort Meade, MD. The information designer will translate strategic intent into operational visuals and ensure precision of executive communications across the complex ecosystem required to achieve the customer’s mission.

Responsibilities include designing executive briefings and dashboards, developing visual aids for multi‑domain scenarios, translating AI architectures into intuitive visuals

Qualifications

• BS and ten (10) years of work experience; four (4) years additional work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience and understanding of multi-domain military operations.
• Proficiency in professional design tools and data visualization.
• Ability to take abstract strategic concepts and turn them into logical, intuitive visual flows.
• Multi-media design, understand military operations.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction, transforms complex AI data and strategic concepts into high‑impact visual intelligence for briefing the Commander.
• Design executive‑level briefings and dashboards that enable informed decisions.
• Develop visual aids for multi‑domain scenarios.
• Translate complex network diagrams and AI architectures into intuitive visuals for senior leaders.
• Ensure all outward‑facing communications comply with Combatant‑level standards and HQ messaging.
• Draft executive speeches, talking points, and white papers.
• Develop comprehensive technical summaries of AI capabilities for decision support.

SAIC is seeking an Information Designer to serve on a Commander's Action Group (CAG) supporting our customer at Fort Meade, MD. The information designer will be part of a close team that is required to achieve the customer's long‑term vision, translating strategic intent into operational execution and ensuring the precision of executive communications across the complex, multi‑faced ecosystem required to achieve the customer's mission.

Job Duties

• Under general direction, transforms complex AI data and strategic concepts into high‑impact visual intelligence, essential for briefing the Commander on the progress of all Lines of Effort.
• Design executive‑level briefings and dashboards that enable the Commander to make informed decisions.
• Develop visual aids for multi‑domain scenarios.
• Translate complex network diagrams and AI architectures into intuitive visual aids for non‑technical senior leaders.
• Ensure all outward‑facing communications are consistent with Combatant‑level standards and higher headquarters' messaging.
• Drafts executive‑level speeches, talking points, and white papers.
• Develop comprehensive technical summaries of AI capabilities for use in the Commander's decision process.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• BS and ten (10) years of work experience; four (4) years additional work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience and understanding of multi‑domain military operations.
• Proficiency in professional design tools and data visualization.
• Ability to take abstract strategic concepts and turn them into logical, intuitive visual flows.
• Multi‑media design, understand military operations.

Required Clearances

• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance and CI Polygraph. Polygraph must have been completed within the last five years.

Salary

Target salary range $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
