SMX seeks an Information Assurance/Security Engineer IV to lead complex security initiatives for multiple task orders. You will direct RMF authorization, IA architectures, and risk assessment programs while guiding authentication standards for ground systems.

Successful candidates will possess TS/SCI clearance and advanced degrees, with experience across DoD 8140, SwA, and enterprise security solutions in diverse classification environments.

SMX is seeking an Information Assurance/Security Engineer IV to serve as emerging authority in information assurance engineering for all HADES Task Orders (TOs). The successful candidate will develop complex security solutions with considerable latitude across multi-classification enclaves. They will lead enterprise RMF authorization, design IA architectures, and direct risk/vulnerability assessment programs. They will provide expert guidance on DoD 8140 compliance, SwA standards, and authentication (IATT, ATC, ATO) for RSC ground system operations.

• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, and adapting complex techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
• Completes work that is reviewed upon completion and is consistent with departmental objectives.
• Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
• Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business.
• Frequently advises others on complex matters.
• May be accountable, through the team, for delivery of tactical business targets.

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CompTIA Security+ Chief Engineer (DoD 8140 compliant)
