Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of relevant experience in production operations/support.
• In-depth Informatica MDM and IDQ hands-on experience.
• Strong SQL/Oracle data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline failures and production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Maintain data interfaces between MDM and spoke systems.
• Troubleshoot APIs, REST/SOAP, and ETL integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data stewards on data governance.
