Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking an Informatica MDM Technical Architect to lead the configuration of Customer, Product, and Supplier master data on Informatica IDMC. You will own survivorship, golden records, and governance workflows, working with governance leads and integration teams.

This hands-on architect role involves running workshops, tuning rules, and mentoring junior MDM analysts while coordinating with business stakeholders across several metros on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of MDM experience with hands-on Informatica MDM configuration.
• IDMC configuration experience in Customer, Product, or Supplier domains.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills are required.
• Experience leading workshops with stakeholders and governance teams.
• Proximity to listed metros for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of IDMC MDM for Customer, Product, and Supplier domains.
• Configure entities, models, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data structures.
• Design and tune match/merge rules, scoring, survivorship logic.
• Create and manage golden records, deduplication, and unmerge processes.
• Set up governance: security, steward roles, dashboards, queues, and issue management.
• Design stewardship workflows for review, exceptions, and approvals.
• Define data quality and standardization rules with business/governance teams.
• Run workshops to translate requirements into MDM configuration.
• Collaborate with integration/data engineering for source onboarding and sync.
• Support UAT, resolve defects, deploy, and mentor junior analysts.
