Job summary

HMG AMERICA LLC is seeking an experienced MDM Architect with strong Informatica MDM and project management capabilities. You will design and implement enterprise MDM solutions while leading cross-functional teams, driving data governance initiatives, and managing program delivery.

The role requires defining data models and governance standards, architecting domain solutions (Customer, Product, Supplier, Reference Data), and coordinating with ERP/CRM/Data Warehouse integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years in Informatica MDM architecture.
• Hands-on with BES, IDQ, data governance and enterprise data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SQL/database design.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.

Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect with strong expertise in Informatica MDM and proven Project Management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise Master Data Management solutions while leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, and driving data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM.
• Define enterprise data models, data standards, and master data governance frameworks.
• Architect solutions for Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data domains.
• Establish data quality, data stewardship, and data governance best practices.
• Define matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchy management, and reference data strategies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to align MDM initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive integration of MDM platforms with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, and cloud ecosystems.

Project & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MDM programs and data transformation initiatives.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project execution methodologies.
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Informatica MDM architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Business Entity Services (BES)
• Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Experience designing enterprise-scale MDM solutions and data governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data and analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, metadata management, and data quality processes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong SQL and database design knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Experience leading global delivery teams and working with offshore/onshore models.
• Knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML-ready data architectures and enterprise analytics platforms.
