Job description

We are seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data solutions including Operational Data Stores (ODS), Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), Data Marts, and CRM/Guest Loyalty systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Informatica development, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell scripting, and will work with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality data integration and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document complex ETL code using Informatica to integrate warehouse and transactional business applications.
• Develop and test dimensional data models using Star and Snowflake schema methodologies under Kimball and Inmon frameworks.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization for complex integrations and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to define reporting goals and dashboard requirements.
• Design and develop data solutions for both publish and subscribe models.
• Maintain support documentation including Run Books, scheduling artifacts, and Embarcadero data models in alignment with SDM standards.
• Create and optimize queries and code in Oracle using PL/SQL.
• Communicate technical and non-technical information clearly and effectively.
• Meet project deadlines and perform assigned duties independently.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Informatica development.
• Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with Informatica Cloud.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments and CRM systems.
