Qualifications

• 8–10 years in data governance, data management, or data analysis.
• Hands-on with Informatica Data Governance tools (EDC, CDGC) or similar.
• Experience defining and implementing governance frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Informatica data governance tools and frameworks, including data catalog, lineage, and governance workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define data ownership, data standards, and governance policies across key data domains.
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to establish data definitions, rules, and stewardship responsibilities.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and resolve conflicts related to data definitions, ownership, and governance priorities.
• Establish and monitor data governance processes, including data quality controls, issue management, and compliance tracking.
• Support data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives to improve transparency and usability.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities, and operating models.
• Analyze data issues and recommend corrective actions to improve data quality and consistency across systems.
• Document governance policies, standards, and procedures to support organizational adoption and audit readiness.
• Promote a culture of data accountability and continuous improvement across business and technical teams.
