Job summary

Nationallifeinsurancecompany is seeking an Actuary for Inforce Management to lead initiatives that drive profitability for its Life and Annuities business. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of actuarial experience.

This position requires strong technical execution and the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights that inform decision-making. Leadership responsibilities will include developing direct reports and fostering cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• ASA or FSA with a minimum of 7 years of actuarial experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to pass a full background check.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end execution of Inforce Management initiatives.
• Translates actuarial analysis into clear business insights.
• Lead experience studies to support pricing and inforce management.
