Job description

Job Description:

• Infor XA - Must have 8+ years of Techno-Functional experience with good hands-on skills and knowledge of XA Modules.
• Good functional understanding/experience with modules like IFM, IM, COM, PUR, CAS, MRP, etc., would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Infor FMS Masterpiece and accounting principles.
• Assist in ERP and Business Systems software installation/upgrade plans.
• Liaise with outsourced customers for ERP issues.
• Monitor and maintain ERP and other Business systems servers and their licensing.
• Good to have knowledge of Infor IDF / Robot scheduler.
• Ability to propose solutions for new modules/interfaces.
• Basic understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands.
• Knowledge of debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities.
• Exposure to SFTP processes, MQ Series, XCOM, and working with XML files.
• Translate functional specifications into design, develop, and document technical solutions for customization in Infor XA.
• Support ERP XA user queries/issues across all modules.
• Ability to interact effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end implementation experience is preferred.

• Assist in ERP and Business Systems software installation/upgrade plans.
