Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the project plan from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and milestones are attained.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Communicate project status and dashboards to stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
• Support the configuration and customization of Infor modules to meet operational needs.

• Coordinate and schedule training for end-users on Infor functionalities.

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 8-10 years of Project Management experience leading complex ERP implementations.
• Experience implementing Infor Modules such as Sales and Service, Asset Management, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
• Strong vendor, stakeholder, risk, and scope management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency in Infor ERP functionalities, database management, and reporting tools.
