We are currently seeking a Infor LN Developer – ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from LN 10.5 to LN10.7(Multisite), Independent GAPs and other project.
• Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirement, issues in depth and architect solutions and do development or delegate the development to offshore and if needed provide immediate solutions.
• Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on regulate basis to ensure there is no gap.
• Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are meet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP Development and enhancements.
• 1+ years of experience on collaborating directly with client on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, collaborating, and liaising activities with offshore team.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Must reside in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding/exposure to at least one of the following Infor products: Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, Info SCS Planner.
• Experience with Solumina MES application.
• Any technical certification in Infor ERP.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this remote role is $76,104 - $158,550. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
