Job Title: Infor ERP Implementation Consultant - Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking an Infor ERP Implementation Consultant with a strong accounting background to lead the implementation of Infor ERP within our accounting department. This role is ideal for a senior accountant with hands-on experience in ERP systems, particularly Infor, and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Infor ERP within the accounting department.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to align ERP functionality with business needs.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to accounting staff on Infor ERP usage.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
  • Act as a liaison between accounting, IT, and Infor support teams.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Work Environment

The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting if local to HQ in Boca Raton, FL. As part of a rapidly expanding company backed by private equity, you will play a critical role in transforming its financial system to support continued growth. You will work directly with the leadership of a 500M+ organization, leading this implementation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $100.00/hr.
