Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) across multiple sites in the United States. You will develop, test, and support technical ERP solutions to meet business goals and collaborate with power users, project managers, and IT teams.

The role requires 5+ years working with CSI/Syteline, CSI administration, data views and APIs; strong SQL/.NET skills; and a service-oriented approach to deploying secure, scalable ERP services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on CSI/Syteline development.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and structured deployment across environments.
• Knowledge of security protocols and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP system solutions spanning configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, forms, integrations, data loads, and disaster recovery.
• Analyze business requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Configure and develop system solutions per design specifications; participate in reviews.
• Provide ERP support, training, and maintenance; monitor data quality and issues.
• Travel to Re:Build sites as needed.
