Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC seeks an Infoblox Systems Engineer to support Government activities in Annapolis Junction, MD, Sterling, VA, or Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on delivering a stable and high-performing DDI platform and related services for government partners.

You will investigate incidents, manage DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and collaborate across Architecture, Engineering & Operations to migrate services and improve capacity and performance. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active TS/SCI with a willingness to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
• Extensive experience configuring and managing DNS in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, BIND, and NTP.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues, document root cause, and develop remediations.
• Experience with Python and APIs.
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and diagnosing incidents and problems relating to DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and related services.
• Ensuring the platforms and services are managed and maintained.
• Helping identify and manage risks within the DDI platform.
• Working with Government leads, Architecture, Engineering & Operations leads, and vendor staff to implement the migration plan.
• Defining capacity and performance standards, metrics and thresholds and building instrumentation to manage the environment.
• Monitoring effects of modifications and ensuring changes are implemented.
