Job Description

You will be part of our Network Architecture team responsible for ensuring high network performance and reliability, focusing on DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). This role requires extensive automation experience.

1. Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions and standard frameworks.
2. Provide deep expertise in network design, proof-of-concept, and deployment methodologies.
3. Provide technical leadership to operations teams.
4. Partner with cybersecurity to detect, prevent, and defend against network vulnerabilities.
5. Engage during P1/P2 network escalations with technical expertise.
6. Collaborate with external vendors on technology evaluation and recommendations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Extensive knowledge of Cloudflare and Infoblox DNS and DHCP services.
• Experience in device configuration, OS upgrades, and deploying Infoblox appliances and NTP hardware.
• Troubleshooting DDI and NTP issues, with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Configuration and maintenance of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions.
• Implementation of DNSSEC for enhanced security.
• Monitoring DNS traffic for anomalies and threats.
• Methodical approach to gathering, documenting, and presenting requirements and solutions.
• Exceptional documentation skills for technical designs and issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Preferred:

• Technical certification such as CCIE or equivalent.
