Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Six or more years in IT audit, internal audit, risk management, information security, or tech consulting.
• CISA Certification required.
• Knowledge of IT audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management practices.
• Knowledge of information systems, cybersecurity principles, and technology-related business processes.
• Strong relationship, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tech.
• Knowledge of banking industry

Responsibilities

• Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to boost productivity and engagement.
• Lead IT audits through planning, testing, reporting and follow-up within timelines and budgets.
• Develop audit scopes, risk assessments, testing strategies and work plans.
• Facilitate walkthroughs with IT and stakeholders to gather information and identify control gaps.
• Document audit procedures and RCMs to evaluate IT controls and cybersecurity.
• Communicate audit objectives, requests, status and findings clearly to IT managers.
• Maintain professional relationships with IT stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Review audit docs for accuracy and compliance with methodology.
• Engage in continuous learning on new tech and regulatory changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
