Qualifications
- Eleven years of specialized experience, with two years at a managerial level.
- Valid New York State driver's license required

- Experience directing complex cross-functional projects and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of business process modernization and system design
- Ability to supervise staff and liaise with multiple organizational units
