Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years supporting intelligence operations, targeting, IO, OIE, cyberspace operations, or military planning.
• Experience integrating intelligence analysis with operational planning to support mission objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop intelligence assessments, target analyses, and operational decision-support products.

Responsibilities

• Integrate intelligence analysis, targeting, and operational planning for OIE, IO, and cyberspace operations.
• Develop intelligence assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses, and targeting products.
• Synchronize with analysts and planners to integrate all-source intelligence into decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage intelligence requirements supporting information-related capabilities.
• Support planning and synchronization of non-lethal effects, cyberspace operations, and influence activities.
• Analyze adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, networks, and intentions for operational advantage.
• Integrate intelligence reporting into MOE, MOP, and operational assessments.
• Support targeting groups and cross-functional staffs with intelligence-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate intelligence deconfliction across stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and minimize risk.
• Produce intelligence products and briefings to support campaign planning and integration of capabilities.
