Job summary

Ponte Firm in Austin, TX is seeking an organized, proactive coordinator to support a Talent Manager in a fast-paced influencer marketing environment. You will help grow talent platforms, coordinate partnerships, and manage timelines, content calendars, and travel.

This role emphasizes project execution, cross-functional communication, and proactive sourcing of talent aligned with client brand objectives. You’ll attend meetings, update decks, track contracts, and contribute to monthly newsletters

Qualifications

• 1+ year influencer marketing experience preferred.
• Resourceful, self-motivated with initiative and project management ability.
• Creative problem-solving and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
• Solid understanding of influencers and the social media landscape.

Ponte Firm is an industry-leading boutique talent management firm headquartered in Austin, TX. We specialize in managing social-focused talent, connecting their audiences with top brands to create impactful content and drive sales. With a roster of over 100 talent spanning 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm excels at multi-platform storytelling.

We operate on a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote. In-office Tuesday through Thursday with additional half-day offs Fridays throughout the year.

The Role

This position supports a Talent Manager in a fast-paced environment. It’s ideal for someone who is obsessively organized, manages time efficiently, and thrives on multitasking. In this role, you’ll build relationships with top influencer talent, helping them grow their platforms, audiences, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Oversee partnerships from post-contract through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, managing shipments, and arranging preview and live dates.
• Materials & Presentations: Update decks, presentations, and case studies.
• Meeting Support: Attend meetings and brainstorming sessions; take organized notes and manage follow-ups.
• Contract Management: Track and organize contracts.
• Social Calendar Maintenance: Maintain social calendars for talent and the firm.
• Event & Set Visits: Attend events and set visits with talent as needed.
• Internal Communications: Assist in developing monthly newsletters highlighting key firm updates.
• Strategy Support: Collaborate with talent to enhance engagement and performance by staying informed about current trends and platform updates.
• Talent Sourcing: Create casting documents featuring potential talent that aligns with client brand objectives.
• Campaign Reporting: Oversee and approve measurable recaps and reports to demonstrate campaign performance to clients.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Talent Managers, including calendar coordination and managing call sheets and notes.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel for Talent Managers and/or their talent as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of influencer marketing experience is preferred.
• Self-Starter: Be a resourceful, self-motivated professional with a proven ability to take initiative and manage projects effectively. Organization and proactivity are a must.
• Problem-Solving: Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on diverse assignments and projects.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of influencers and the social media landscape.
