UNITED COLLECTIVE is seeking an Influencer Coordinator in Huntington Beach, CA. You will manage influencer outreach, contract finalization, and campaign coordination, working with the Influencer Manager and Strategist to align activities with brand goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in influencer marketing or PR, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person role based in Huntington Beach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in influencer space, PR, or advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital media and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• In-person office in Huntington Beach, CA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between agency and influencers or management.
• Finalize contracts with influencers to meet campaign goals.
• Coordinate with Influencer Manager and Strategist to align engagement with objectives.
• Manage timelines and deliverables; drive the process and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with finance to facilitate payment processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers for long-term collaborations.
• Maintain an influencer database for future partnerships.
• Stay updated on trends to identify innovative partnerships.
