  • Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami connecting leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We currently represent 100+ YouTubers and sell their sponsorships to 50+ sponsors every month.
  • We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to assist in coordinating existing partnerships, and eventually pitching & closing new deals between our YouTubers and Sponsors.
  • You’ll grow more in 3 months at Adhesive Media than you have in the last 3 years of your life. We’re looking for someone who is highly competent, very organized, and willing to take on a challenge.

Responsibilities:

1) Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors.

  • Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands, focusing on speedy, high quality, and honest/transparent communication.
  • You’ll encounter many tricky and unique scenarios, so you’ll need to be a great critical thinker & comfortable making decisions on your own.

2) Keeping databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Notion) updated. Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve client service.

3) Ad Coordination: Ensure 60+ YouTube ads run smoothly each month, adhering to brand guidelines. This includes things like:

  • Creating and sending talking points to creators,
  • Watching the creators ad integrations and offering creative suggestions for improvement,
  • Getting ads approved and assisting in any necessary revisions, then making sure they go live on time!

4) Deal Making: After 4-6 months, you should be able to transition from Ad Coordination to Deal Making, meaning that you will start to pitch & negotiate over 200 deals per month.

1) Work Experience: 1-3 Years work experience in Project Management, Operations, or Influencer Marketing.

  • Note that the work of an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator is very similar to Project Management and Operations, which is why we’re not only looking for candidates with Influencer Marketing experience.

2) Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Airtable, Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets is required. Our internal business relies on Airtable, tasks are managed in Asana, and negotiations often happen via email and Google Sheets. Our business is remote so the ideal candidate will be overall quick & effective with the computer.

3) Excellent Email Communication Skills: Excellent Written & Verbal English Skills. Must respond to Sponsors & Creators quickly and effectively with the right information.

4) Attention to Detail: We're handling large influencer campaigns worth thousands of dollars. Any mistakes can be costly, so high attention to detail is crucial.

5) Critical Thinking: The ideal candidate can critically think through issues & make decisions on their own. Sometimes there will not be a straight-forward solutions to a problem, and you’ll be required to think outside of the box.

6) Reliable: We have ads running and deals closing daily. We need someone reliable who can work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines.

Other Details

  • Remote, but we will do team trips 1-2x per year!
  • Full Time: Hours are 9AM - 5:30PM EST (flexible depending on US time zone)
  • Start Date: July 2025
  • Base Comp & Bonus are flexible based on your relevant work experience
  • Benefits: Health Insurance & 401K (or equivalent comp) are offered after 6 months of employment
