Job summary

Tinder’s Social team is seeking a chronically online Influencer Coordinator to support the Influencer Marketing Manager. You will shape talent strategies, source creators, coordinate comms, support shoots, plan events, gifting, and analyze results to inform partnerships.

You'll brainstorm with the team, draft briefs, track campaigns, and build creator relationships to drive Tinder’s owned content with authentic partnerships.

Qualifications

• FTC disclosure knowledge and platform paid-partner tools.
• Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube formats and trends.
• Strong organizational skills for managing creator timelines.
• Willingness to travel for events and shoots.
• 1–2 years in influencer marketing or social coordination.
• Experience with CreatorIQ and Dash Social.

Responsibilities

• Help shape talent and creator-led campaigns from brainstorm to post-mortem.
• Sourcing and vetting talent, coordinating comms and logistics, supporting shoots.
• Plan events and gifting, pull and analyze metrics to inform future partnerships.
• Brainstorm concepts and angles with the Influencer Marketing Manager.
• Write and refine creator briefs with clear deliverables and brand guidelines.
• Research trends, formats, and competitor activity to inform briefs.
• Maintain a real-time campaign tracker with links and statuses.
• Coordinate contracts and payments with Legal and Finance.
• Plan and host influencer events end-to-end.
