Role Overview

Wholier is seeking a part-time Influencer Marketing Manager (15–20 hours/week) with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and a strong interest in wellness. If you stay current on content trends, understand what drives meaningful engagement, and are excited by the evolving creator economy, this role could be a great fit.

You’ll work closely with our founder to help build and scale a high-impact influencer program. From identifying aligned creators to managing partnerships end to end, your work will directly contribute to growing brand awareness, increasing traffic, and driving conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify Aligned Creators: Research and maintain a pipeline of wellness and lifestyle creators on TikTok and Instagram who reflect our brand values.
  • Lead Outreach: Initiate and manage conversations with potential partners, building authentic and strategic collaborations.
  • Manage Partnerships: Own the partnership process from negotiation and briefing to scheduling and delivery of content.
  • Track, Report & Iterate: Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns and report key metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay Insightful: Keep a pulse on platform trends and creator strategies to inform and improve our approach.

Who You Are

  • Genuinely interested in wellness, health, and the digital content space.
  • Well-versed in the social platforms that shape consumer behavior, especially TikTok and Instagram.
  • An excellent communicator—clear, thoughtful, and professional in both writing and conversation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing projects.
  • Ideally based in New York, though remote candidates are welcome.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in influencer marketing or a related field are preferred.
