You will support execution of influencer partnerships and brand campaigns, managing relationships from outreach through delivery while partnering with cross-functional marketing teams. Responsibilities include building influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, negotiating contracts, tracking budgets, and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of influencer marketing experience within retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships from outreach through execution.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with budgets, contracts, and campaign analytics.
• Passion for consumer brands, social media, and emerging creator trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent partners.
• Coordinate campaigns from onboarding through execution and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and manage usage rights and campaign deliverables.
• Track budgets, timelines, and campaign performance metrics.
• Partner with internal creative, social, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Stay current on creator trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
