Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing influencers and UGC creators aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
• Draft and send outreach messages for collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor and respond to inbound emails regarding campaign details and timelines.
• Support rate discussions and negotiations under team guidance.
• Help create content briefs and influencer decks for upcoming campaigns.
• Identify potential influencer partners through brand mentions and social conversations.
• Organize, track, and manage creative assets delivered by influencers and UGC creators.
• Maintain internal trackers and documentation to keep campaigns organized and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution and reporting.
• Conduct competitive research of influencer marketing programs to enhance reach and success.
• Track and share results of influencer marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach.
