Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern in Austin to support day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, from sourcing creators to scaling our ambassador program.

You will manage product fulfillment via Shopify, assist with contract requests, and help monitor tools like GRIN, CreatorCore, and Tribe while learning from the Talent & Influence team.

This internship offers exposure to high-growth CPG brands and a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Austin.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for influencer marketing and social trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and influencer tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scout and communicate with content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that align with brand voice and values.
• Place product orders for influencers through Shopify and track delivery timelines for timely unboxings.
• Assist with packing and shipping creator PR boxes for campaigns and product launches.
• Assist in preparing and submitting contract requests for influencer partnerships, including paid deals and affiliate activations.
• Support the Talent & Influence team in managing our influencer CRM and ambassador platform (GRIN).
• Audit influencer reporting tools (CreatorCore and Tribe) for accurate content tracking and data logging.
• Collect AD IDs for paid creators and confirm usage via contract terms.
