This role is an opportunity to support impactful influencer marketing campaigns for leading brands in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. You will help manage campaigns from initial briefing and creator sourcing through contracting, fulfillment, execution, and reporting. The position combines hands‑on campaign coordination with data‑driven insights, relationship management, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with creators, clients, and cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and generate measurable business results. The role also provides exposure to a sophisticated influencer marketing platform and the opportunity to build deep expertise in the creator economy. Success will require strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. As your expertise grows, you will have increasing opportunities to take ownership and contribute to best practices across the team.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the development of influencer campaign strategies by using data and market insights to recommend appropriate creators, channels, content formats, and campaign approaches.
  • Represent the influencer perspective throughout campaign planning and execution, bringing creator feedback and insights that improve the experience and strengthen campaign performance.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, including briefing, creator sourcing, contracting, product fulfillment, execution, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with influencers, providing clear guidance, resources, and support to help creators produce high‑quality content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare timely reports that highlight results, opportunities, actionable insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Use project management and campaign tools to keep deliverables organized, documented, measurable, and on schedule.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign status, performance, priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives and available platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate campaign execution critically, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Stay informed about influencer marketing trends, social platform developments, creator behaviors, and emerging best practices, contributing insights and recommendations to team playbooks.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, social media marketing, client services, or a related field.
  • Experience in an agency environment or high‑growth SaaS organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in customer‑facing environments with professionalism, confidence, responsiveness, and strong judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive and trusted relationships with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for the creator economy, influencer marketing, social media innovation, and emerging digital trends.
  • Impact‑driven approach with the ability to prioritize high‑value work, meet deadlines, adapt quickly, and maintain focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic and customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and connect day‑to‑day decisions with broader campaign and business goals.
  • Curious, growth‑oriented, collaborative, resilient, accountable, and emotionally intelligent approach to working with diverse stakeholders and navigating change.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and able to meet applicable location requirements for the role.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $65,000–$75,000 CAD, plus potential bonus.
  • Market‑based, data‑driven compensation practices with regular evaluations against relevant geographic and role benchmarks.
  • Eligibility for various benefits plans for permanent team members as part of the overall compensation package.
  • Remote work flexibility for eligible positions, with an established presence in Vancouver, BC and other office locations.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and accessibility‑focused workplace committed to equitable hiring, compensation, promotion, and career opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work with leading brands and gain hands‑on experience managing sophisticated influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Professional development through exposure to creator strategy, campaign analytics, client services, social trends, and emerging influencer technologies.
