Loud and Live in Miami, FL, is seeking an Influencer Coordinator – Media to support multichannel campaigns across TV, Radio, Print and OOH. This onsite role requires detail orientation, collaboration, and drive in a fast-paced entertainment marketing environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating traditional media plans, asset trafficking, and performance reporting while liaising with finance and ticketing teams to ensure timely payments and proper ticket delivery.
This is an onsite role based out of our office in Miami, FL. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.

The Influencer Coordinator – Media supports the execution and optimization of national, regional, and local multichannel media plans across traditional channels, including TV, Radio, Print, and Out-of-Home (OOH), as well as promotional media initiatives. This role assists with the day-to-day management of campaigns, facilitates internal and external coordination, supports reporting and insights development, and helps maintain accurate financial records across vendors and partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced media environment.
