Job summary

Commission Junction LLC is seeking an Account Director, Influencer to own a portfolio of clients and manage a team of influencer and content creator experts. You will drive successful CJ Influencer campaigns, identify strategic solutions, and support growth across CJ and Publicis Groupe.

Ideally, you have 5+ years in Digital Marketing with influencer experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering campaigns and renewals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience (preferably Affiliate Marketing).
• 1-4 years in an Influencer Marketing related role.
• 1-2 years' experience managing 1 or more direct reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development to develop pitches and elevate CJ Influencer positioning.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and team deliverables.
• Resourceing and pricing profitability at a team level and balance workload.
• Ultimately responsible for client/campaign satisfaction and renewal business.
• Advise on product solution roadmap, identifying needs and stakeholders.
• Lead, train, and mentor Influencer Managers on best practices and CJ innovations.
