Job summary

Trend Social, a full-service influencer marketing agency and sister to Trend Management, is seeking an Account Coordinator in Houston. You will support day-to-day influencer campaigns for fashion, beauty, family and lifestyle brands, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Weekend/after-hours flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Full-time role based in Houston, TX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer campaigns between brands and influencers, track orders, post dates, briefs, and analytics.
• Ensure accurate data entry in Asana and track campaign statuses.
• Assist team with influencer recommendations for brands.
• Communicate effectively with influencers and brands.
• Resolve posting or content issues with brands.
• Provide influencers with timely information for content deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and Talent Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on trends, tech, and influencers.
• Be flexible and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Be a team-player with a positive, professional attitude.
